Our Mission
Founded in 2014, Men Impact Change (M.I.C.), is a 501(c)(3) multicultural organization confronting the national crisis facing boys and young men by building purpose, advancing positive masculinity, and creating economic pathways through culturally responsive mentorship, workforce development, and strategic partnerships.

In the middle of the global pandemic in 2020, we transitioned our programs online, designed the Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship program and hosted multiple virtual workshops. We offer 6-months internships to young men to help build their skills.
Our Successes
Impacted 1,000 young men through leadership and entrepreneurship workshops. Honored 120 Men of Impact, most of whom come back as M.I.C ambassadors to pass on the baton by: Coaching the younger generation as well as the incoming honorees. They come back as speakers, while some serve as board members/ advisory committee members. We host annual honor ceremonies, attracting a diverse audience of over 300. We have partnered with dynamic leaders like the late congressman Elijah E Cummings, former African Union ambassador, Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao, former CNN commentator Roland Martin, African legend Prof. Ngugi Wa Thiong’o, just to name a few.
