The Young Men MentorPoint Roundtable is an immersive, transformational mentoring experience designed to confront the growing crisis impacting young men ages 15–25 as they transition from adolescence to adulthood. Through monthly roundtables, we address the lack of purpose, mental health challenges, educational and workforce disconnection, and the absence of positive male guidance.

These gatherings create a powerful and safe space where young men can openly share, grow, and connect through intergenerational mentorship from trusted entrepreneurs, educators, professionals, industry experts, distinguished leaders and our 120 M.I.C. honorees. Together, they invest wisdom, lived experience, accountability, and leadership into the young men, creating a meaningful passing of the baton.

Built on M.I.C.’s three core pillars – Purpose, Positive Masculinity, and Workforce Pathways – young men gain life skills that empower them to become emotionally grounded, purpose-driven leaders who lead with integrity, vision, and impact.
