The Young Men MentorPoint Roundtables take place every two months, creating a consistent and trusted space for young men transitioning from adolescence into adulthood (ages 15-25) to engage in powerful, purpose-driven conversations rooted in our three core pillars: Purpose, Positive Masculinity, and Workforce Pathways. Guided by distinguished mentors from our collaborative partners and 120 Men of Impact honorees, these roundtables represent a meaningful passing of the baton—where accomplished leaders invest their wisdom, lived experience, and accountability into the next generation.
Through guided dialogue, mentorship, and peer connection, participants strengthen identity, confidence, and direction while gaining access to real pathways in education, community leadership, and the workforce. MentorPoint Roundtables directly address the growing crisis of disengagement impacting young men today—restoring purpose, reinforcing healthy masculinity, and advancing a lasting legacy of transformational change.
