Jeremiah Miles is a saxophonist that performs in the Washington DC metropolitan area musical scene. He performs lively renditions of smooth jazz, traditional jazz, gospel jazz, as well as classic R&B covers and over the years has built a loyal following. Jeremiah began playing saxophone at an early age and was influenced by artist such as Grover Washington Jr, Gerald Albright and Maceo Parker. His early musical forays were with R&B cover bands and that continues to be a strong influence on his musical direction to this day. His goal now is to be a master of his own destiny by leading his own projects. Mr. Miles is a prolific composer and is currently working on a solo project that will feature jazzy saxophone and vocal arrangements inspired by his love and appreciation for Jazz, R&B, and Gospel genres. He calls this fusion of musical art forms JAZPEL and is very excited to get started on funding and working on the project. The plan is to complete an EP release and then start promoting the project to gain air-play on local, regional, national and world-wide radio.
